Brianna did a transformation appointment for me today and it was phenomenal. She took me from a barely-there dark blonde to a vibrant, creamy blonde, and the result was better than I could have imagined. She was so attentive and really listened to what I wanted to achieve. Everyone in the salon is welcoming and down to earth, and the owner, Kaseey, is just as lovely. Hands down the best outcome and salon experience I’ve ever had — thank you so much!

Maisie did a great job! I’m very happy with the results. Maisie did everything I asked for and the foils were very thorough and even. I love the colour as it is more natural and fresh. The salon was really nice and it was great to have the wash in the seperate area with the electric massage chair. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and great to see Kasey in the salon when I was there. The team were aligned to deliver a great service on the day! Chloe was very helpful with welcoming me on arrival to the salon, settling in to the new space and scheduling my appointments. If you need a change and you’re looking for great results try KLBS!

Had the most amazing experience today and honestly can’t recommend this salon enough! I was in a really stressful situation after my hairdresser cancelled last minute right before my hens, but KLBS completely saved the day. They were so kind, accommodating, and even managed to fit me in on Saturday, truly felt like it was meant to be! Every single girl there was so lovely. Keely did an incredible job. She listened carefully to all my concerns and to my previous bad experience, looked through inspo photos with me, and did a detailed consultation. She answered all my questions, and Chloe was super helpful with everything related to extensions. Keely was so meticulous and put in so much effort, she did a full colour correction with what felt like a hundred foils, and we achieved exactly the result I was hoping for. The whole experience felt like a spa day with the little touches - drink of choice, popcorn, and a heavenly head massage in the massage chair. Also, I honestly don’t understand the negative comments about pricing. It’s more than fair for the amount of care and detail the girls put in. I can’t wait to come back on Tuesday to get my extensions done!

I've been holding off giving a review as I wanted to get past the first impressions feel. I have been attending this salon for a year now and I think have had around 5-6 services in this time. These ladies have consistently given me some of the best highlights of my life. My hair frequently gets compliments to the point where I get stopped in the street, once by someone saying my hair reminds them of Daryl Hannah in that mermaid movie and another asking me where I get my extensions done (I don't have extensions). I have been looked after by 3 different hairdressers at this salon in this time they all have lovely, attentive attitudes. What really prompted this review was over Christmas/ NYE I couldn't make time to come in so I packet dyed my roots which went carrot orange. Not only was I not condescended for my stupid idea it was fixed brilliantly and I said to Emma and Kasey, truthfully, I am not expecting the best colour this time. To which they replied "but we want you to love it". I wish every business had this approach. In the second photo in my home my colour is close to two months old. So I want to say thanks so much guys. I always look forward to coming back.
